AVA Electronics offers harness assembly and wire/cable cut and 

strip.  From simple single wires to complex harness assemblies, 

AVA Electronics on-site production facility can meet your 

requirements.  We have automated wire cutting machines that

can be programmed to cut wire to length.  

We will work with you from initial concept to final design approvals

or any stage in between.  We can provide CAD drawings of your

 harness from your sketches or conceptual drawings.

AVA Electronics can also provide electro-mechanical assembly.

We can build sub-assemblies or complete products to your specifications.

AVA Electronics can provide turn-key assemblies installing pins, connectors, terminals, lugs, etc.   Our inspection department inspects
